Public Endpoints

Three endpoints are mirrored under /api/v1/public with no API key, rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per IP. Same parameters and response shapes as the keyed versions — use them to try the data before signing up, or for low-volume public dashboards. Station metadata is also public. For anything else, or for higher limits, use an API key.
